Pier 121 Marina is the proud host of the American Cancer Society’s Annual Cruisin’ for a Cure: Lakefest. Lakefest on Lake Lewisville features an outdoor concert spotlighting Texas Country Music, local restaurants and a boat show. Boaters and landlubbers flock to Pier 121 Marina’s East Hill Park for this annual concert on the lake. This event draws concert goers from Dallas, Denton, Lewisville, Frisco, The Colony and cities throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Lakefest concerts have featured Texas favorites like Jerry Jeff Walker, Django Walker, Charlie Robison, Cooder Graw and Deryl Dodd. Together, Pier 121 Marina and the American Cancer Society fight against cancer and really go Cruisin’ For A Cure on Lake Lewisville. Lakefest celebrates friends, family and the community surrounded by one our most important natural resources, our waterways.
